IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT YOUR SESSION
THINGS TO REMEMBER
Northlake Mall (Charlotte, NC) Location - We are Located inside the mall between Macy's and Belk. There is a main entrance between the two. Make a left once inside the mall.
1. PLEASE REMEMBER TO FILL OUT THE FORM THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE 3 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO GET YOUR BACKDROP READY AS WELL AS PROPS. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE RANDOM ANSWERS. THIS WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN YOUR SESSION TIME.
2. In most cases, you will receive a text from 980.333.1901 asking you to confirm your appointment. This is different than the reminder text that you will receive from a 321 number. Please simply reply confirm. If you want to cancel, go to your confirmation email and click the cancel button. Once you click it, enter the reason and click cancel.
3. Your appointment time begins at the start time and not between the start and end time. If your appointment is 1p to 2p, you must be there by 1pm. Please try to show up 15 minutes early. Allow time for possible traffic. You are considered a walk-in after 15 minutes late.
4. Newborn photos are best if the new born is sleep. Please have 4 month old to 3 year olds fed and woke prior to their session. Its always best to show up a bit early with kids so they can get acclimated to the photography studio and environment.
5. Bring a stroller or rent a small cart near the exit to put kids in. They cannot run around and play in the studio.
6. Remember, no photos or videos inside the studio. Don't worry, we will take some great photos for you :)
